Veteran Donald Robertson - Canadian Army

Last week the uncle of an old friend of mine passed away. He was 95.

As I've posted about on this blog more than a few times, my own father was a veteran of World War Two (he flew with RAF Bomber Command), so I have a special appreciation for those brave men and women who served in wartime.

Much appreciated: Donald Robertson's Memories of War

Sad to see our vets leave us but I'm glad the government has a program that records their recollections for history's sake.

Agreed. They must not be forgotten.
